WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE?

Please submit a request to book and appointment if you are interested so that one of our staff can reach out to you with details on how to proceed for your appointments. 

I DON’T HAVE MY INSURANCE CARD WITH ME, CAN I STILL RECEIVE TREATMENT?

It is important that you have your insurance card or send us a picture of your insurance card prior to your initial appointment so that we can have it on file. 

HOW MUCH WILL MY COPAYMENT BE?

Copayments vary depending on the insurance company you have, but we will inform you ahead of time if there is any copayment. 

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE?

We offer self pay options for patients that do not have insurance. Please contact us for more information.

DO YOU PROVIDE TELEHEALTH SERVICES?

We provide both in person and telehealth services. Patients are encouraged to speak to their clinicians during the first session to decide the best option for them.
